The training also addresses the organization of EA functions using architecture roles and EA tools as well as the process of establishing an EA practice from scratch. Architect

Mathias Gude is an Architect at Scape Consulting and trainer for EA essentials. He is a certified Enterprise Architect (including TOGAF®) and brings extensive expertise in the practical application of EA methodology. As a consultant, his focus is on the introduction, realignment, and operationalization of EA functions. He supports companies across various industries at the intersection of business and IT, employing methods such as Application Portfolio Management, Master Planning, Solution Architecture Design, as well as Value-Stream and Business-Capability Mapping.

The course fee for the public training course EA Essentials is € 1.600.

All fees are per person and plus value-added tax (19%). The fees include the training material (high-quality course books), the catering during the training (i.e., refreshments and lunch) as well as the Dinner & Network event (incl. dinner and drinks). Travel and accommodation costs are not included in the course fees.
