Bootcamp: Business Architecture Management
Our business architecture management (BAM) bootcamp incorporates the contents of the foundation and advanced courses as outlined below to offer a comprehensive preparation for the Certified Business Architect® (CBA®) exam in a single event.
In particular, the course includes dealing with the following topics:
- Overview of business architecture elements, from business motivation via business model to business execution
- Business architecture mapping, incl., e.g., value stream mapping, capability mapping, information mapping, organization mapping

Foundation Course: Business Architecture Management
In our business architecture management foundation course you obtain an overview of business architecture elements and get to know selected methods / techniques for their application. This includes their integration into processes of corporate planning (e.g., strategy development, portfolio planning) as well as into solution projects.
Specifically, the course deals with the following topics:
- Overview of business architecture content and benefits
- Business motivation: elements (e.g., goals, strategies) and instruments
- Business model: elements (e.g., products / services, customers, cooperations, channels) and instruments
- Business operations: elements (e.g., business capabilities, processes, organizational structure, culture) and instruments
- Integrated view of the business architecture
- Business architecture modeling
- Organizational implementation (e.g., roles)
